摘要:
以恒动思想为指导，整理《伤寒舌鉴》中的舌象动态变化，探讨其反映出的病机变化思路。认为舌诊是中医学辨证的客观依据之一，其动态变化能较客观地反映病情，对判断疾病转归具有重要意义。舌诊延续了伤寒学六经辨证思想，舌象可动态反映病位变化、病势缓急、脏腑生克制化和预后转归。通过舌诊，可以掌握舌象与疾病发展变化的关系，为早期诊断和治疗疾病提供依据。
Abstract:
Under the guidance of the thinking of perpetual motion, the changes of the pathogenesis were reflected by sorting out the dynamic changes of tongue manifestations in Shanghan Shejian. Tongue diagnosis is one of objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation, its dynamic changes could objectively reflect the disease conditions, and it is of great significance for judging the disease outcomes. Tongue diagnosis maintains the thinking of syndrome differentiation based on the six meridians in Shanghan Lun, and tongue images could reflect the changes of disease location, the progression of disease, interpromotion and interrestraint of viscera and Fu-organs, and the prognosis and outcomes. Tongue diagnosis facilitates understanding of the relationship between tongue images and the progression of diseases, which could provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
