摘要:
目的基于文献计量学，系统分析溃疡性结肠炎鼠类动物实验的研究进展，探讨当前领域的研究热点与前沿趋势，以期为后续研究提供参考数据。 方法检索2015年1月1日至2022年2月28日中国知网（China national knowledge infrastructure，CNKI）文献数据库收录的关于溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）鼠类动物实验的中文文献，采用文献计量学方法，对文献发表数量、发文作者、研究机构分布情况、来源期刊、关键词等内容进行统计，并用VOSviewer软件进行可视化分析。 结果共纳入528篇文献，UC鼠类动物实验的中文文献发表量呈逐年增长趋势，期刊以《中国实验方剂学杂志》《中华中医药杂志》《时珍国医国药》发文量较多；高产作者包括朱向东、刘端勇、赵海梅等；活跃的研究机构有甘肃中医药大学、江西中医药大学、广州中医药大学等；研究热点以治疗作用机制、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor-alpha，TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、核转录因子κB（nuclear factor-kappa-B，NF-κB）、Toll样受体4（toll-like receptor 4，TLR4）、肠道菌群、葡聚糖硫酸钠（dextran sulfate sodium，DSS）等为主。 结论近年来，我国UC鼠类动物实验的研究水平稳步提升，中医中药在其中发挥着积极作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveBased on bibliometric analysis, this study systematically reviews the research progress of murine animal experiments on ulcerative colitis (UC), explores the current research hotspots and emerging trends in the field, and aims to provide reference data for future studies. MethodsA search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) literature database for Chinese-language articles on murine animal experiments related to UC published between January 1, 2015, and February 28, 2022. Using bibliometric methods, the retrieved articles were statistically analyzed in terms of publication volume, authors, distribution of research institutions, source journals, and keywords. Furthermore, a visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer software. ResultsA total of 528 articles were included in the analysis. The annual publication volume of Chinese-language literature on murine animal experiments of UC showed an increasing trend year by year. The journals with the highest number of publications were the Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medical Formulae, the China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, and the Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research. High-productivity authors included Zhu Xiangdong, Liu Duanyong, and Zhao Haimei. Active research institutions comprised Gansu University of Chinese Medicine, Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine, and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. The research hotspots primarily focused on therapeutic mechanisms of action, TNF-α, IL-6, NF-κB, TLR4, gut microbiota, and DSS. ConclusionIn recent years, the research level of murine animal experiments on UC in China has steadily improved, with TCM playing a positive role in this field.
