摘要:
从近十年放血疗法治疗高血压病的临床研究入手，探讨其应用规律、疗效特点及中西医结合诊疗思路。结果发现：1）放血疗法降压疗效确切，尤其即时效应显著，耳尖、大椎、百会等为常用穴，且尤适于肝阳上亢证；2）放血疗法可单用或与西药、中药、针刺、刮痧等多种疗法联用，联合西药常用于高血压急危重症，能协同增效、改善症状与血流变学指标；3）当前研究存在样本量小、操作欠规范、机制研究不足等局限，未来需开展更高质量临床与基础研究以提供更可靠证据。
Abstract:
Drawing from clinical research on bloodletting therapy for hypertension conducted over the last ten years, this review discusses the application regularities, efficacy features, and integrated Chinese-Western medicine strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension. The results showed that: (1) bloodletting therapy has a definite antihypertensive effect, particularly with a significant immediate effect. Commonly used acupoints include Erjian (EX-HN6), Dazhui (GV14), and Baihui (GV20), and it is especially suitable for hypertension with Liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern; (2) bloodletting therapy can be used alone or in combination with Western medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, scraping therapy, and other modalities. When combined with Western medicine, it is often used for hypertensive emergencies and severe cases, and can produce synergistic effects, improve symptoms, and enhance hemorheological parameters; and (3) current studies have limitations such as small sample sizes, lack of standardized procedures, and insufficient mechanistic research. Future high-quality clinical and basic studies are needed to provide more reliable evidence.
