摘要:
从“阳化气，阴成形”的理论基础、“阳化气，阴成形”是IgA肾病（IgA nephropathy，IgAN）的病理基础、IgA肾病的治则治法，病案举隅4方面入手探讨王琛教授基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论论治IgA肾病的临床经验，王琛教授认为IgA肾病多以“阳化气，阴成形”失调为病机，故以抑阴扶阳为其治则治法，临证根据个体差异及时调整用药。
Abstract:
This paper explores Professor Wang Chen’s clinical experience in treating IgA nephropathy (IgAN) based on the theory of "Yang transforming Qi and Yin shaping form" from four aspects: the theoretical basis of this theory, its role as the pathological foundation of IgAN, the treatment principles and methods for IgAN, and illustrative case reports. Professor Wang Chen believes that IgAN is predominantly attributed to the imbalance between "Yang transforming Qi"and "Yin shaping form." Therefore, he adopts the therapeutic principle of restraining Yin and supporting Yang, with medication adjustments made in accordance with individual patient differences in clinical practice.
