摘要:
基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论探析火针治疗膝骨关节炎的优势特色。阳虚化气不及、阴邪内生，与膝骨关节炎发病过程中寒湿致痹、痰瘀留滞的病理机制契合。阳气不足是KOA发生发展的关键病机。火针通过扶助阳气、温通行气，促进膝关节局部气血运行、经络调畅，内生之阴邪借针孔外出，达祛邪外出治疗膝骨关节炎的目的。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of "Yang transforms Qi, Yin shapes matter," this paper investigates the unique advantages of fire needle therapy for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). The insufficient transformation of Yang Qi leads to the internal generation of Yin pathogens, which corresponds to the pathological processes of cold-dampness arthralgia and the retention of phlegm and stasis underlying the development of KOA. Yang Qi deficiency is the key pathogenesis underlying the onset and progression of KOA. Fire needle therapy, by reinforcing Yang Qi and promoting warming and Qi circulation, facilitates local blood and Qi flow in the knee joint and regulates the meridians. The internally generated Yin pathogenic factors are then expelled through the needle puncture sites, thereby achieving the therapeutic goal of treating KOA by eliminating pathogenic factors.
