摘要:
以时间为线索，梳理历代重要医学典籍，挖掘舌诊发展脉络，探索不同时期舌诊的特点。中医舌诊萌芽于先秦，时至元代《敖氏伤寒金镜录》的成书标志着舌诊理论体系的初步形成，后经历代医家不断丰富发展，至明清时期臻于完善；在此发展过程中，舌诊简、便、廉、验的特点日益凸显，其地位也由最初的辅助诊法逐渐发展成为临床不可或缺的重要诊法。
Abstract:
Taking time as the thread, this paper reviews the important medical classics of successive dynasties, uncovers the developmental trajectory of tongue diagnosis, and explores its characteristics in different periods. Tongue diagnosis in TCM originated in the pre-Qin period. By the Yuan Dynasty, the completion of Ao’s Golden Mirror of Cold-Induced Diseases (Ao’s Treatise on the Golden Mirror of Febrile Diseases) marked the preliminary establishment of its theoretical framework. It was subsequently enriched and developed by physicians throughout successive dynasties and reached its culmination during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Throughout this evolutionary process, the distinctive advantages of tongue diagnosis-simplicity, convenience, economy, and efficacy- became increasingly prominent, and its status gradually ascended from an auxiliary diagnostic method to an indispensable clinical approach.
