摘要:
目的探讨2型糖尿病中医证候与实验室指标的相关性。 方法参照横断面流行病学调查研究方法，收集符合纳入标准的糖尿病患者资料，应用中医诊断四诊信息表，收集患者中医证候信息，选取出现频率前40位高频症状，同时收集相关理化指标9项。采用典型相关分析方法研究2型糖尿病患者中医证候与理化指标的整体相关性。 结果共纳入糖尿病患者2518例，经典型相关分析，共形成5对糖尿病中医证候与理化指标相关组合，相关系数分别为r1=0.350、r2=0.275、r3=0.212、r4=0.208、r5=0.185；其中，听力减退与年龄、多汗与体质量指数、口苦与体质量成较明显正相关，头重与体质量、浮脉与体质量指数、疲倦与体质量指数、数脉与体质量指数成较明显负相关。 结论糖尿病中医证候与理化指标间存在一定相关性，将中医证候与理化指标结合分析，可为中医辨证治疗提供客观参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and laboratory indicators in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). MethodsIn this cross-sectional epidemiological study, data were collected from T2DM patients meeting the inclusion criteria using a TCM four-diagnostic information form. The top 40 high-frequency symptoms and nine physicochemical indicators were selected, and canonical correlation analysis was applied to explore the overall correlation between TCM syndromes and laboratory parameters in T2DM patients. ResultsA total of 2,518 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Canonical correlation analysis extracted five pairs of canonical variates between TCM syndromes and physicochemical indicators, with canonical correlation coefficients of r?=0.350, r2=0.275, r3=0.212, r4=0.208, and r5=0.185, respectively. Among the identified correla-tions, hearing loss was positively correlated with age, hyperhidrosis with BMI, and bitter taste with body weight, while heavy-headedness with body weight, floating pulse with BMI, fatigue with BMI, and rapid pulse with BMI showed negative correlations. ConclusionThere is a certain correlation between TCM syndromes and physico-chemical indicators in patients with diabetes. The integrated analysis of TCM syndromes and laboratory parameters may serve as an objective reference for TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
