摘要:
目的围绕中医体质学派的研究内容、研究热点与趋势进行文献计量与可视化分析，为中医学术流派传承与发展提供参考。 方法检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库收录的有关中医体质学派的文献，对发文数量、发表期刊、作者、研究机构进行文献计量分析。利用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词进行共现分析和聚类分析，并绘制知识图谱进行可视化分析。 结果共纳入410篇文献，通过文献计量分析发现中医体质学派的年度发文量总体呈现增长趋势，合作作者之间联系紧密，研究机构散在全国各地。研究热点主要集中在临床经验总结和体质辨识应用，数据挖掘系列研究将是该领域的研究趋势。 结论中医体质学派系列研究在不同时期呈现出不同的规律特点，融合创新性技术方法展开系列研究将是该领域现阶段的研究热点和研究趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo conduct a bibliometric and visualization analysis of the research content, hotspots, and trends of the TCM Constitutional School, and to provide references for the inheritance and development of TCM academic schools. MethodsRelevant literature on the TCM Constitutional School was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, and VIP Database. A bibliometric analysis was conducted on publication output, journals, authors, and research institutions. CiteSpace software was employed to perform co-occurrence and cluster analyses of authors, institutionsal, and keywords, and knowledge maps were generated for visualization analysis. ResultsA total of 410 publications were included. The bibliometric analysis revealed that the annual publication output of the TCM Constitutional School exhibited an overall upward trend. Collaborative networks among co-authors were closely connected, while research institutions were distributed across various regions of China. The research hotspots were primarily concentrated on clinical experience summaries and the application of constitution identification, and data mining-based serial studies are expected to be the future research trend in this field. ConclusionThe series of studies on the TCM Constitutional School have demonstrated distinct characteristics and patterns across different periods. At the current stage, integrating innovative technological approaches into series studies represents a prominent research hotspot and the prevailing trend in this field.
