摘要:
目的系统评价酸枣仁汤治疗焦虑症的临床疗效和安全性。 方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library数据库，收集酸枣仁汤治疗焦虑症的临床随机对照试验。应用Cochrane偏倚风险评价工具进行质量评价，应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。 结果共纳入24项临床随机对照试验，总样本量1909例。Meta分析结果显示，酸枣仁汤治疗焦虑症能够提高临床总有效率（RR=1.15，95%CI：1.11～1.19，P＜0.000 01），降低汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分（MD=-3.41，95%CI：-5.13～-1.69，P=0.000 1），降低焦虑自评量表评分（MD=-7.11，95%CI：-10.39～-3.84，P＜0.000 1），不良反应发生率较低（RR=0.39，95%CI：0.26～0.58，P＜0.000 01）。 结论酸枣仁汤治疗焦虑症有较好疗效，安全性较高。由于纳入文献整体质量的限制，需要多中心、大样本、设计严格的随机对照试验进一步验证该结论。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically review the clinical effectiveness and safety of Suanzaoren Decoction for patients with anxiety disorder. MethodsRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) on Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of anxiety disorder were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System (SinoMed), PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias assessment tool, and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. ResultsA total of 24 RCTs involving 1,909 patients were included. The Meta-analysis results showed that Suanzaoren Decoction significantly improved the total clinical effective rate (RR = 1.15, 95% CI: 1.11 to 1.19, P < 0.000 01), reduced the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score (MD = -3.41, 95% CI: -5.13 to -1.69, P = 0.000 1), and lowered the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score (MD = -7.11, 95% CI: -10.39 to -3.84, P < 0.000 1) in the treatment of anxiety disorder. In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions in the Suanzaoren Decoction group was significantly lower than that in the control group (RR=0.39, 95% CI: 0.26 to 0.58, P<0.000 01). Conclusion Suanzaoren Decoction demonstrates favorable therapeutic efficacy and good safety in the treatment of anxiety disorder. However, given the limitations in the overall quality of the included studies, this conclusion needs to be further validated by multi-center, large-sample, and rigorously designed RCTs.
