摘要:
本文从中医元气学说的理论起源、含义、致病特征、临床所致病症、当代研究及展望6个方面对近年来中医元气学说相关文献进行概述，中医元气虽发源于中国古代哲学，但其有着浓郁的中医特色，从本质上把握中医元气，并立足于中医辨治思维，坚持整体观念，并联合现代生物医学，对临床疾病诊疗具有指导意义。
Abstract:
This paper provides a systematic overview of recent literature on the Yuanqi theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from six aspects: theoretical origins, connotations, pathogenic characteristics, clinically induced disorders, contemporary research, and future prospects. Although the concept of Yuanqi originated from ancient Chinese philosophy, it has developed distinct TCM characteristics. A thorough understanding of Yuanqi in its essential sense, grounded in TCM pattern differentiation and treatment thinking, and adhering to the holistic view, while integrating modern biomedicine, can offer significant guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
