摘要:: 从临床与机制两方面对井穴刺络放血研究现状进行总结，为相关临床与科研工作提供参考。通过研究认为，井穴刺络放血对于中枢神经系统、周围神经系统、呼吸系统、皮肤和皮下组织病症、泌尿生殖系统等多系统病症及孕产相关问题均具有较好疗效；井穴刺络放血治疗病症的机制研究目前集中于中枢神经系统，但本疗法的外周作用机制研究较少，有待进一步探索完善。

Abstract:: This paper summarizes the current research status of Jing-Well point bloodletting puncture therapy from both clinical and mechanistic perspectives, aiming to provide a reference for related clinical practice and scientific research. This review suggests that Jing-Well point bloodletting puncture demonstrates favorable therapeutic effects on disorders of multiple systems, including the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system, respiratory system, skin and subcutaneous tissues, and urogenital system, as well as pregnancy- and childbirth-related conditions. Current mechanistic studies on Jing-Well point bloodletting puncture therapy have primarily focused on the central nervous system; however, research on its peripheral mechanisms remains limited and warrants further exploration.
