摘要:
目的：探讨舒脉降压汤配合倍他乐克治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法：将164例原发性高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各82例。对照组予倍他乐克12.5 mg， 3次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟舒脉降压汤，1剂/d，浓煎，每剂取汁约300 mL，150 mL/袋，1袋/次，2次/d，口服，连用8周。观察2组治疗前后血压变化情况及不良反应。结果：2组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)，且观察组收缩压、舒张压降低效果均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.12%，对照组为79.25%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论：舒脉降压汤配合倍他乐克治疗高血压可提高降压疗效，降低副反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of ShuMai JiangYaTang combined with metoprolol in treating hypertension. Method: With random number table 164 patients with primary hypertension were divided into observation group and control group, 82 cases each group. Control groups were administered with metoprolol, 12.5 mg each time, three times per day. Based on the treatment given to control group, observation group were given with self-made ShuMai JiangYaTang, one dose each day. Each dose was boiled down, abstracted to 300 ml and packed in the bag of 150ml each, one bag each time, twice per day, taken orally for consecutive eight weeks. The changes of blood pressure before and after the treatment, the effects and adverse reaction of both were observed. Result: Systolic and diastolic pressure after the treatment decreased over before for both (P＜0.05), and the effect of lowering systolic and diastolic pressure in observation group was superior to that in control group (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 95.1%, higher than 79.3% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Both groups were without obvious side effect. Conclusion: ShuMai JiangYaTang and metoprolol can raise the effect of lowering blood pressure, reduce adverse reactions.
