摘要:
目的：探讨健康教育对颈椎病的长期疗效，明确健康教育对该病复发率及满意度的影响。方法：选取86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。观察组采用颈椎牵引、手法按摩及口服药物治疗，并给予详细的健康教育指导；对照组不予健康教育指导，其他治疗同观察组。结果：接受健康教育的椎动脉型颈椎病患者治疗评分和疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分在各时点(治疗前、后及治疗后6、12、24个月时)比未接受健康教育的患者改善显著(P＜0.05)；多时点(治疗后6、12、24个月时)随诊发现，接受健康教育的观察组疾病复发率及患者的满意率较对照组明显改善(P＜0.05)，且随随诊时间的延长改善更加显著。结论：健康教育可提高改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的长期治疗疗效，减少疾病复发率和提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the function of health education for cervical spondylosis in long term and to make sure its influence on the recurrence rate and satisfaction degree. Method: Eighty-six patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were chosen and divided into observation group and control group on average. Observation group and control group received cervical traction, massage and oral drugs, meantime observation group were also guided with health education in detail. Result: Scores and Visual Analogue Scores(VAS) of the patients accepted health education at different times (before and after the treatment, the 6th month, 12th month, 24th month after the treatment) improved significantly compared with the ones who didn't accept health education (P＜0.05); Follow-ups at different times (the 6th month, 12th month, 24th month after the treatment) showed that recurrence rate and satisfaction degree in observation group improved remarkably compared with that of control group(P＜0.05), and improvements were remarkable with the time of follow-ups. Conclusion: Health education can improve effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in long term, reduce recurrence rate and raise satisfaction degree of the patients.
