目的:探讨药膳益脾饮对脾气虚证大鼠血液流变学及血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为6组,除空白对照组外,其余建立脾气虚模型。脾气虚模型设益脾饮高、中、低剂量干预组,四君子汤阳性对照组,模型组(以生理盐水干预),持续给药4周。第4周末分别取血测定大鼠血液流变学及血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平。结果:与空白对照组比较,脾气虚模型组大鼠全血高、中、低切黏度和血浆黏度、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);益脾饮高、中、低剂量组及四君子汤阳性对照组的全血黏度、血浆黏度及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α分别与模型组比较均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与空白对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾气虚证大鼠存在血液高黏及易形成血栓状态,药膳益脾饮干预4周对上述指标有显著改善作用。

Objective: To investigate the effects of YiPiYin on hemorheology, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α of plasma in rats with syndrome of spleen-Qi deficiency. Method: Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into six groups. Except these in blank control group, the others were set to be the models with spleen-qi deficiency. The models with intervention were separated into high, moderate, low dose groups of YiPiYin, control group of SiJunZiTang and model group(intervened with physiological saline) for four weeks. Hemorheology, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α of plasma in rats were detected by the end of forth week. Result: Compared with blank control group, high, moderate, low shear viscosity in blood, plasma viscosity, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in model group of spleen-Qideficiency raised obviously with remarkable difference(P<0.01); whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in high, moderate, low dose group of YiPiYin and positive control group of SiJunZiTang were lower than in model group with statistical meaning (P<0.05), but close to the results of blank control group without remarkable difference. Conclusion: Intervention with YiPiYin for four weeks can significantly improve blood hyperviscosity and easy formation of thrombus in rats with syndrome of spleen-Qi deficiency.
