摘要:
探讨中医院外科临床护理实习教学管理模式，强调中医院外科临床护理实习教学管理的重点是健全护理单元实习教学管理体系，规范中医院专科护理临床教学资料，在理论授课、专科中医护理操作培训、中医护理查房、出科考核、本科护生培训中突出中医护理临床教学，并重视教学反馈，由此调整教学策略。
Abstract:
We approach teaching management of nursing practice in surgical department of TCM hospital and emphasize that the key is to complete management system and regulate clinical teaching data. We should highlight clinical teaching of TCM nursing in theoretical teaching, TCM nursing operation training, inspection, performance and training of nurse graduates as well as teaching feedback to adjust teaching strategies.
