体外碎石联合排石汤与特拉唑嗪治疗输尿管结石并肾积水286例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察体外碎石联合排石汤与特拉唑嗪治疗输尿管结石并肾积水的临床疗效。方法：选取符合病例入选标准的286例输尿管结石并肾积水患者，患者仰卧位或俯卧位于碎石台上，B超定位观察碎石情况，碎石机电压为12～14 kV，总冲击量为1 000～3 000次。碎石后服用排石汤，1剂/d；特拉唑嗪，首次剂量1 mg，睡前口服，逐步增加至5 mg的维持剂量。结果：治愈272例，占95.10%；好转11例，占3.85%；无效3例，占1.05%。均未出现明显的不良反应，仅有11例患者出现轻微血尿。结论：体外碎石联合排石汤与特拉唑嗪治疗输尿管结石并肾积水临床疗效好，副反应小。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of extracorporeal lithotripsy, PaiShiTang and terazosin in treating hydronephrosis and calculus of ureter. Method: All 286 patients were chosen as participants lying supine or prostrate on beds, observed with B ultrasound to fix the location of calculus. The voltages of lithotriptor were 12kv to 14 kv, total amount of impulses were 1000 to 3000 times. After lithotripsy, the patients were given with PaiShiTang, one dose per day; and terazosin with initial dose 1mg, took before sleep, gradually increase to maintenance dose 5 mg. Result: A total of 272 cases were cured and took up 95.10%; 11 cases were improved and took up 3.85%; three cases were ineffective and accounted for 1.05%. There was no obvious adverse reaction except 11 cases with slight hematuresis. Conclusion: Extracorporeal lithotripsy, PaiShiTang and terazosin are effective in the treatment for calculus of ureter and hydronephrosis with low incidence of adverse reactions.
