摘要:
理工科院校大学生的保健意识差，身体素质状况令人担忧，而中医学具有十分丰富的养生保健内容，因此有必要在理工科院校开设中医保健讲座；中医的保健原则和措施不仅可增强大学生的保健意识，提高大学生的身体素质，而且可丰富校园文化建设，具有十分重要的社会价值。
Abstract:
With poor health care consciousness, students' physical conditions are worrying in academy of science and engineering, while TCM study bears rich contents of health care, therefore it is necessary to offer TCM health lectures in academy of science and engineering; principles and measures of TCM health care not only enhance students' consciousness, improve body quality of students, but also can enrich campus culture construction, which has very important social value.
