摘要:
目的：观察电针配合整体治疗仪和西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将156例椎动脉型颈椎病分为治疗组84例，对照组72例。治疗组用电针+整体治疗仪+西药治疗；对照组单用西药治疗，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.2％，对照组为77.8%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：电针配合整体治疗仪和西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切，值得推广和应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with integrated treatment instrument and western medicine in the treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method: A total of 156 cases were assigned into 84 cases in treatment group and 72 cases in control group. Treatment group received electro-acupuncture, integrated treatment instrument and western medicine; control group took western medicine only. Clinical effects were observed after two sessions. Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.2%, higher than 77.8% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture combined with integrated treatment instrument and western medicine in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can obtain notable curative effects.
