摘要:
目的：探讨眼底检查在妊娠高血压（妊高征）疾病患者中的临床价值。方法：对我科45例妊高征患者的眼底检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：患者眼底改变程度越重，孕产妇病情越重。结论：及时跟踪眼底检查可协助医师估计病情，为选择终止妊娠时机和判断预后提供重要的客观依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical value of eyeground examination for pregnant patients with hypertension. Method: Results of eyeground examination for 45 pregnant patients with hypertension were retrospectively analyzed. Result: the higher degree eyeground changed, the more serious patients' conditions become. Conclusion: Timely follow of eyeground examination could assist doctor evaluate disease condition, also could supply important basis for time of pregnancy termination and prognosis.
