摘要:
以《侵权责任法》为主线，探讨如何破解当今社会比较敏感的医疗纠纷问题，依法保护自然人、法人和其他组织的合法权益，明确侵权责任，预防并制裁侵权行为，化解社会矛盾，减少民事纠纷。
Abstract:
We have explore how to solve sensitive medical tangle in the society by taking Tort Law of China as main clue in order to protect legitimate interests of natural body, legal person and other organizations in accordance with law, find out tortious liability, prevent and punish.
