摘要:
目的：通过对颈动脉斑块的患者中医舌象的分析，探讨颈动脉斑块的中医病机特点。方法：收集经彩色多普勒超声诊断为颈动脉斑块形成的门诊和住院患者，按超声检查结果分为颈动脉内中膜增厚组(A组)、不稳定型斑块组(B组)、稳定型斑块组(C组)，观察舌象，并进行相关性分析。结果：舌色以暗红为主，其次是淡红；腻苔出现频率最高，其次为薄苔；白苔出现频率最高，其次为黄苔。结论：舌象特点反映出脾肾气虚及痰、瘀、热是颈动脉斑块的重要病机。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the features of TCM disease mechanism for carotid plaque through analyzing tongue manifestation of patients with carotid plaque. Method: Outpatients and inpatients proved with carotid plaque were collected and divided into group of carotid intima-media thickness (A group), group of unstable plaque (B group) and group of stable plaque(C group). Tongue manifestations were observed and analyzed. Result: Tongue color was mainly dull-red, next was light red; greasy fur happened with the highest frequency, thin fur next; white tongue coating was the most frequent one, yellow tongue coating next. Conclusion: Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm, stasis and heat what tongue manifestation showed are crucial pathogenesis of carotid plaque.
