摘要:
目的：观察太极拳运动疗法治疗女性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：采用太极拳运动疗法治疗36例女性更年期综合征患者，观察治疗前后潮热出汗、感觉异常、失眠、烦躁易怒、性欲减退、泌尿系感染、耳鸣、眩晕、乏力、记忆力减退、头痛、心悸和皮肤感觉等症状评分变化情况。结果：治疗后潮热出汗、感觉异常、失眠、烦躁易怒、性欲减退、泌尿系感染、耳鸣、眩晕、乏力、记忆力减退、头痛、心悸和皮肤感觉等症状评分与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：太极拳运动疗法治疗女性更年期综合征取得满意疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of TaiJiQuan in treating climacteric syndrome. Method: Thirty-six patients were treated with TaiJiQuan. Changes of symptoms scores including hectic fever and sweating, paraesthesia, insomnia, irritation, hyposexuality, urinary infection, tinnitus, vertigo, fatigue, memory loss, headache, palpitation and skin sensations were observed before and after treating. Result: Comparisons before and after treating demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TaiJiQuan can obtain satisfactory effects in treating climacteric syndrome.
