摘要:
目的：了解医院各科室住院患者的疗效及费用情况，为提高医院管理职能及控制医疗费用的过快增长提供科学依据。方法：抽取2006年6月至2009年6月某三甲中医医院所有住院患者的病历资料，摘录相关信息建立数据库进行统计分析。结果：该院各科室中脊柱骨科收治的患者最多，肛肠科的治愈率最高，风湿病科的好转率最高，心胸科的日均住院费用和例均住院费用最高。结论：应根据各科室住院患者的情况合理分配卫生资源，同时应不断加强医院管理，努力降低住院患者的日均住院费用及例均住院费用。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide scientific evidence for improving hospital administration and controlling medical cost by knowing therapeutic effects and cost of inpatients in different departments. Method: Medical records of inpatients from June, 2006 to June, 2009 were chosen, associated information was collected to establish database and analyzed statistically. Result: The most patients were admitted in spinal bone department, the patients with high cure rates were in department of anorectal disease, the patients with high improvement rates were in rheumatic department and the patients in thoracic department were with high daily average hospitalization expenses and average hospitalization expense of each case. Conclusion: Resources should be rationally distributed according to inpatients in different departments; meanwhile we should intensify hospital administration and try to reduce daily average hospitalization expense and hospitalization expense of each case.
