摘要:
目的：研究老年高血压病中医证型与危险因素之间的相关性。方法：分析老年高血压患者的年龄、性别、体质指数(BMI)、生活方式等危险因素与各中医证型的关系。结果：老年高血压患者的中医证型与性别相关性不明显(P＞0.05)，各型年龄比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，各型体重指数之间具有显著的差异(P＜0.05)。结论：老年高血压发病的相关危险因素中，年龄、体质指数(BMI)与中医证型具有相关性。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the relation between TCM syndrome of senile hypertension and dangerous factors. Method: The relationship between risk factors of senile patients with hypertension, which were age, gender, BMI, living ways and others, and TCM syndrome was analyzed. Result: TCM patterns of senile patients with hypertension were not closely associated to gender(P＞0.05). Difference of comparisons in age indicated statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Comparisons in body mass indexes (BMI) had notable difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Among risk factors influencing the onset of senile hypertension, age and BMI are associated to TCM syndrome.
