摘要:
目的：观察疏风清热汤联合头孢拉定胶囊、消炎灵胶囊治疗咽喉性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：将90例咽喉性咳嗽患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例。2组均采用头孢拉定胶囊、消炎灵胶囊治疗，观察组同时给予疏风清热汤，1剂/d，水煎分服，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为84.44%，对照组为60.00％，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率观察组为100.00%，对照组为93.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。咽干、咽痒、阵发性咳嗽、咽部充血等症状治疗后2组均明显改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论：疏风清热汤联合头孢拉定胶囊、消炎灵胶囊治疗咽喉性咳嗽临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of dispersing wind and clearing heat decoction combined with cefradine capsule, XiaoYanLing capsule in treating throat-induced cough. Method: Ninety patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group. Both groups took cefradine capsule and XiaoYanLing capsule, meanwhile the observation group took dispersing wind and clearing heat decoction, one dose each day, decocted with water. Curative effects were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: The cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.44% and 60.00% respectively, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 100.00% and 93.33%, the comparison between both groups showed the difference and it demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Both groups improved significantly after treating in dry throat, itchy throat, paroxysmal cough, congestion of throat and others(P＜0.05), and the observation group improved greater than the control group ( P＜0.05).Conclusion: It is quite effective in treating throat-induced cough with dispersing wind and clearing heat decoction, cefradine capsule and XiaoYanLing capsule.
