摘要:
目的：观察董氏针法治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的48例中风肢体偏瘫患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各24例。分别实施董氏针法和常规针刺法各5个疗程(30次)后，观察2组的疗效。结果：总有效率对照组为79.2%，治疗组为91.7%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：董氏针法治疗中风偏瘫疗效优于常规针刺法。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effect of DongShi acupuncture therapy for hemiplegia caused by apoplexy. Method: All 48 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group with random number table, who received DongShi acupuncture therapy and routine acupuncture therapy respectively for five courses of therapy (30 times). Clinical effects of both groups were observed. Result: Total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 79.2% and 91.7%, comparison between both groups demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of DongShi acupuncture therapy is superior to routine acupuncture in treating hemiplegia caused by apoplexy.
