摘要:
目的：观察舒适护理对晚期胃癌患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法：将100例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。2组均以整体护理为基础，对照组同时采用常规护理模式，观察组给予环境舒适、心理舒适、生活舒适、社会舒适等舒适护理。结果：焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。满意率观察组为96.00％，对照组为78.00％，2组相比差异有统计学意 义(P＜0.05)。观察组生存质量提高较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：舒适护理可降低晚期胃癌患者SAS、SDS评分，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of comfort care on psychological state and life quality of patients with gastric cancer at advanced stage. Method: All 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. Both groups received holistic nursing, control group were given with conventional nursing mode and observation group were administered with comfort care about environment, psychology, life, society and others. Result: Comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning in SAS and SDS (P＜0.05). Satisfactory degree of observation group was 96.00%, superior to 78.00% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Observation group improved greater than control group in life quality (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comfort care can decrease scales of SAS and SDS in patients with gastric cancer at advanced stage and raise satisfactory degree.
