摘要:
目的：观察蛭龙胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病（DN)大鼠血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平和肾脏病理形态学的影响。方法：采用高糖高脂饲料联合腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ)45 mg/kg 的方法制备 DN 模型，分别以不同药物对模型鼠进行灌胃，采用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清 HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ和Ⅳ-C 水平，观察肾脏病理形态学的变化。结果：蛭龙胶囊组大鼠血清 HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ和Ⅳ-C降低，肾小球损害及肾间质纤维化程度减轻，与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：蛭龙胶囊能明显减轻 DN 模型大鼠肾小管间质病理损害，延缓肾间质纤维化的进展。
Abstract:
 Objective: To verify the effects of ZhiLong capsule on renal pathomorphology and contents of Ⅳ-C, PC-Ⅲ , LN and HA in the serum of rats with early-stage diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method: DN models were established with the method of high sugar and fat feed and peritoneal injection of STZ 45mg/kg, the models were given with intragastric administration of different drugs respectively. The contents of Ⅳ -C, PC-Ⅲ , LN and HA in the serum of rats were detected with radioimmunoassay to observe the changes of renal pathomorphology. Result: The contents of Ⅳ -C, PC-Ⅲ , LN and HA in the serum of rats in ZhiLong capsule group were decreased, glomerular damage and renal interstitial fibrosis were alleviated, it showed statistical meaning compared with the model group(P＜0.05).Conclusion: ZhiLong capsule can remarkably relieve pathological lesions of renal tubular interstitial of the DN rat models and delay the development of renal interstitial fibrosis.
