摘要:
通过在手术室实施“宾馆式”护理服务，探讨其临床护理效果。认为“宾馆式”护理服务可以通过细致耐心的服务、温馨的术前访视、舒适的术中护理、及时细心的术后回访等工作消除患者的不良情绪，提高患者对手术室工作的满意度，降低医疗纠纷。
Abstract:
Clinical effects of “Hotel-type”care were explored through applying to the operation room. It wasthought that “Hotel-type”care could eliminate the bad moods of the patients, increase the patients’ satisfactory degree to the work of operation room and reduce medical dispute through patient service, warm preoperative visit,comfort care and timely return visit.
