摘要:
目的：探讨杜仲含药血清对成骨细胞的增殖、成骨分化的影响及其抗氧化性。方法：取乳鼠颅骨，利用二型胶原酶反复消化，离心，提取成骨细胞。利用杜仲含药血清干预，分别测定细胞增殖率、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、钙盐沉积量、骨钙素分泌量、钙化结节量。结果：细胞增殖率、ALP 活性、钙盐沉积量、骨钙素分泌量、钙化结节量均高于空白对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：杜仲含药血清可促进成骨细胞的增殖、成骨分化并增强其 抗氧化性。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of serum containing DuZhong (Eucommia ulmoides) on proliferation,bone-formation and oxidation resistance of osteoblasts. Method: Osteoblast was extracted through digesting the skull of suckling mouse with collagenase repeatedly and centrifugation. The proliferation rate of cells, ALP activity,sediment yield of calcium salt, secretory volume of osteocalcin and calcified nodes were detected respectively through intervening with serum contained DuZhong. Result: Proliferation rate, ALP activity, sediment yield of calcium salt, secretory volume of osteocalcin and calcified nodes were higher than that of blank control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Serum contained DuZhong could promote the proliferation, bone-formation of osteoblasts and enhance oxidation resistance.
