摘要:
目的：探讨葡萄干的体外抑菌作用。方法：采用圆纸片扩散实验来检测葡萄干对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌及乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌效果。结果：葡萄干对绿脓杆菌有较强的抑制作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌及乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌作用次之。结论：葡萄干对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌及乙型溶血性链球菌均有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore antibacterial experiments of raisin in vitro. Method: Antibacterial effects of raisin to staphylococcus aureus, bacillus coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus proteus and beta hemolytic streptococcus were detected with round paper diffusion test. Result: The raisin showed stronger antibacterial effects to pseudomonas aeruginosa, strong effects to staphylococcus aureus, bacillus coli, bacillus proteus and beta hemolytic streptococcus. Conclusion: The raisin has definite antibacterial effects to staphylococcus aureus, bacillus coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus proteus and beta hemolytic streptococcus.
