摘要:
目的：探讨压疮危险因素评估表在神经外科高危患者中的作用。方法：选取 311 例神经外科高危患者分为对照组（176 例）和评估组（135 例）,对照组不进行评估，仅实施常规护理，评估组采用人民卫生出版社出版的全国高等院校教材《护理学基础》第 3 版中压疮危险因素评估表作为评估工具，实行针对性的护理措施。结果：对照组发生压疮 7 例，压疮发生率为 4.0%，评估组发生压疮 2 例，压疮发生率为 1.48%，2 组压疮发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：压疮危险因素评估表是准确筛选神经外科压疮高危人群的评测工具，预防压疮实用有效。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the role of pressure sore risk assessment scale played in the nursing for the patients of neurosurgery department at high-risk. Method: All 311 patients were divided into the control group (176 cases) and the assessment group (135 cases), the control group was not assessed and received routine nursing, the assessment group were given with corresponding nursing by taking pressure sore risk assessment scale in Elementary Nursing of the third version published by People's Medical Publishing House. Result: There were seven cases occurred pressure sore in the control group and the incidence of pressure sore was 4.0%, there were two cases in the assessment group and the incidence was 1.48%, the difference between both groups showed statistical meaning in the incidence of pressure sore (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Pressure sore risk assessment scale is an evaluation tool screening the patients at high risk of pressure sore in neurosurgery department, practical and effective for the prevention of pressure sore.
