摘要:
目的：观察当归补血汤合金水宝治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将32例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各16例，2组均给予糖尿病健康教育、饮食控制和适当运动基础治疗，治疗组同时给于当归补血汤合金水宝治疗。2组治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果：早期糖尿病肾病症状改善率治疗组为81.25%，对照组为56.25%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。2组治疗前后各实验指标均明显改善，治疗组改善较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：在西医常规治疗基础上运用当归补血汤合金水宝治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of DangGui BuXueTang and JinShuiBao in the treatment for early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Method: All 32 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, both groups received health education of diabetes, dietary regulation and exercise, the treatment group took DangGui BuXueTang and JinShuiBao. Clinical effects were observed after treating for three months. Result: Improvement rates of both groups were respectively 81.25% and 56.25%, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The indexes of both groups were improved notably after treating, and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: On the base of routine treatment, DangGui BuXueTang and JinShuiBao are effective in treating early DN.
