摘要:
目的：观察短杠杆微调手法配合针刺治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将80例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。2组均给予针刺治疗，用平补平泻法，隔日1次。治疗组同时给予短杠杆微调手法治疗，每周2次。2组均以治疗2周为1个疗程。结果：临床治愈率治疗组为37.50%，对照组为25.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为92.50%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后疼痛评分均显著降低（P＜0.05），治疗组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：短杠杆微调手法配合针刺治疗颈椎病可较好地减轻疼痛，临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey curative effects of short lever adjustment manipulation combined with acupuncture in treating cervical spondylosis. Method: Eighty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The patients of both groups were given with needling, through mild reinforcing-reducing method, once every other day. The patients in the treatment group were given with short lever adjustment manipulation, twice each week. Two weeks were one course of treatment. Result: Clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 37.50%, higher than 25.00% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.50% and 80.00%, the difference was remarkable (P＜0.05). VAS was decreased obviously after treating (P＜0.05), the decrease of VAS in the treatment group was greater (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Short lever adjustment manipulation combined with acupuncture could obtain better curative effects and alleviate the pain.
