摘要:
目的：观察胰岛素联合痰热清治疗2型糖尿病合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法：将92例患者随机分为治疗组49例、对照组43例。2组患者均常规给予降糖、止咳、化痰、平喘等对症治疗；治疗组同时给予 5％葡萄糖注射液 250 mL+痰热清注射液20 mL。2组均以治疗2周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率（97.96%）高于对照组（88.37%），2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。血钠、血钾、尿素氮、渗透压、血铜等电解质指标治疗组与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：胰岛素联合痰热清治疗2型糖尿病合并肺部感染临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of insulin and TanReQing injection for diabetes mellitus type two complicated with pulmonary infection. Method: All 92 patients were randomized into 49 cases of the treatment group and 43 cases of the control group. Both groups were administered with corresponding treatment of lowering blood sugar, stopping the cough, resolving the phlegm and relieving the asthma; the treatment group were given with 5% glucose injection, 250mL and TanReQing injection, 20mL. Two weeks were one course of treatment for both groups. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.96%, higher than 88.37% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05), the indexes of serum sodium, sodium potassium, urea nitrogen, osmotic pressure and serum copper in the treatment group were compared with those of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Insulin and TanReQing injection are effective in treating diabetes mellitus type two complicated with pulmonary infection.
