体外冲击碎石联合利尿排石汤治疗输尿管结石40例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察体外冲击碎石联合利尿排石汤内服治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法：将80例输尿管结石患者随机分为2组。2组患者均给予杜冷丁、阿托品等肌注，采用碎石机进行体外碎石治疗。碎石结束后，嘱患者多饮水、慢跑、跳高，并给予口服抗生素常规对症治疗3～5天。观察组同时给予利尿排石汤，每日l剂，水煎，分2次服用，连用7天。结果：治愈率观察组为80.00%，对照组为65.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为95.00%，对照组为82.50%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者均并发肉眼血尿，未给予任何处理，在结石排出后自行消失。结论：体外冲击碎石联合利尿排石汤内服治疗输尿管结石临床疗效较好。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and LiNiao PaiShiTang for ureteral calculus. Method: Eighty patients were allocated into two groups. Both groups received intramuscular injection of pethidine hydrochloride and atrophine, as well as ESWL, after ESWL, the patients were advised to drink more water, jogging and jumping, administered with oral antibiotics for three to five days. The observation group took LiNiao PaiShi Tang, one dose per day, decocted and finished in twice, for seven days. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 80.00%, superior to 65.00% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 95.00% and 82.50%, the difference between both groups demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The patients of both groups were complicated with gross hematuria and left to be unhandled, the symptom was disappeared when the stone was discharged. Conclusion: ESWL and LiNiao PaiShiTang could obtain better curative effects in the treatment for ureteral calculus.
