摘要:
从管理因素、社会因素、导师因素、个人因素4个方面分析中医研究生培养过程中应重视的问题，以期为今后的教学实践与研究提供参考。
Abstract:
The issues existing in the course of TCM postgraduate cultivation were analyzed from the management, society, mentor and individual, therefore to provide reference for further teaching practice and study.
