摘要:
目的：观察丹红注射液联合多贝斯治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及副作用。方法：将符合诊断标准的128例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组64例。2组均予以糖尿病知识教育和糖尿病饮食调理，对照组使用胰岛素和甲钴胺，治疗组在此基础上使用丹红注射液20 mL加生理盐水100 mL静滴，1次/d，治疗2周停1周，再治疗2周；多贝斯片0.5 g，口服，3次/d，共4～6周。结果：治疗组显效41例，有效18例，无效5例，总有效率92.2%；对照组显效28例，有效22例，无效14例，总有效率78.1%。2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：丹红注射液和多贝斯联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变在改善神经症状、体征方面治疗组明显优于对照组。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy and side effects of DanHong injection and calcium dobesilate capsules in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: All 128 patients were randomly allocated to the control group and the treatment group. Both groups received health education and dietary regulation of diabetes, the control group were given with insulin and mecobalamine, the treatment group were administered with intravenous dripping of DanHong injection, 20mL, and physiological saline, 100mL, once each day, both groups were treated for two weeks, stopped for one week and continued for two weeks; calcium dobesilate capsules, half of the tablets, three times per day, for four to six weeks. Result: In the treatment group, 41 cases were effectively cured, 18 cases effective and five cases in effective, total effective rate was 92.2%; in the control group, 28 cases were effectively cured, 22 cases effective and 14 cases in effective, total effective rate was 78.1%, the difference had statistical meaning in total effective rate. Conclusion: DanHong injection combined with calcium dobesilate capsules in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy are superior to the control group in improving neurological symptoms and body signs.
