摘要:
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法：选取糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予口服降糖药、胰岛素等治疗；治疗组在此基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。结果：治疗组显效24例，有效3例，总有效率为90.0%；对照组显效16例，有效3例，总有效率76.7%；2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组患者治疗后胫神经、腓总神经及腓肠神经等神经传导速度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著，可改善患者的临床症状和体征，对神经传导速度具有明显提升作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus were allocated to two groups, the control group received treatment including oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin and others; the control group took HuangQi GuiZhi WuWuTang on the foundation of the treatment given to the control group. Result: There were 24 cases significantly improved, three cases effective, total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%; there were 16 cases significantly improved, three cases effective, total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%; the difference had statistical meaning in clinical effects (P＜0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of tibial nerve, peroneal nerve and sural nerve after treating, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Intergrative medicine for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy could improve symptoms and body signs of the patients, raise NCV and obtain notable effects.
