摘要:
对护士工作压力的来源进行分析后认为，工作量大、经常值夜班、职业风险性高，以及医患关系、自身年龄、社会地位等是护士产生工作压力的主要因素，进而提出调节护士工作压力的若干措施。
Abstract:
We thought that the main factors of the nurses suffering from work-related stress were heavy workload, nightshift, high risk of the job, doctor-patient relationship, the ages, social class and others through analyzing the sources of work-related stress, finally we raised the countermeasures of avoiding work-related stress.
