摘要:
目的：观察补肾活血汤治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将72例顽固性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各36例，2组均服用双氢克尿噻、倍他乐克、硝苯地平治疗，治疗组同时服用补肾活血汤治疗，2组共治疗4周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组降压幅度明显大于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组总有效率为66.7%，对照组为33.3%，2组疗效比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合可有效治疗顽固性高血压，而补肾活血汤有明显协同增效作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of BuShen HuoXueTang in the treatment for refractory hypertension. Method: All 72 patients were randomized into the control group and the control group. Both groups took hydrochlorothiazide tablets, metoprolol and nifedipine, the treatment group took BuShen HuoXueTang. Clinical efficacy of both groups was observed after treating for four weeks. Result: The decrease of blood pressure in the treatment group was notably larger than that of the control group(P＜0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%, higher than 33.3% of the control group, the difference in clinical effects between both groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The combination of western medicine and Chinese medicine are effective in treating refractory hypertension, BuShen HuoXueTang shows synergistic action.
