摘要:
目的：观察胃镜下中药喷洒治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：将106例上消化道出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例。2组均严格禁食、禁饮，并给予补充血容量、抑酸等对症治疗，治疗组同时经胃镜喷洒云南白药治疗，术后禁食24小时。结果：治愈率治疗组为64.15%，对照组为49.06%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率治疗组为86.79%，对照组为75.47%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗期间对照组患者发生不良反应3例，其中呕吐1例，躁动1例，不良反应发生率为5.67%，治疗组患者呕吐2例，躁动1例，不良反应发生率为5.67%。结论：胃镜下喷洒云南白药治疗上消化道出血临床疗效优于单纯常规治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM spray under the gastroscope for upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method: All 106 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups ate no food and water and received corresponding treatment of blood volume supplement, acid suppression and others, the treatment group were sprayed with YunNan BaiYao under the gastroscope, fasting for 24 hours after the surgery. Result: The cure rate of the treatment group was 64.15%, higher than 49.06% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.79%, superior to 75.47% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). During the course, three patients in the control group showed adverse reaction, one case vomiting and one case with dysphoria, adverse reaction incidence 5.67%there were two patients vomiting and one case with dysphoria in the treatment group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 5.67%. Conclusion: YunNan BaiYao spray under the gastroscope is more effective than routine treatment for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
