摘要:: 目的：观察中药苁蓉承气汤用于老年结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)术前肠道准备的效果及其临床疗效。方法：将住院行LC术的200例患者按照抽签法随机分为对照组与治疗组各100例，对照组为常规术前准备组，治疗组为口服中药组，比较2组LC术前肠道准备的效果及其临床疗效。结果：对照组总有效率为71.00%，低于治疗组的95.00%，2组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；对照组并发症发生率及平均住院天数明显多于治疗组(P＜0.05)。结论：苁蓉承气汤用于老年结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)术前肠道准备，疗效佳，并发症发生率低、住院天数少。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects and the function of CongRong ChengQiTang in the bowel preparation for the elderly patients suffering from calculous cholecystitis before laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Method: All 200 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group by drawing lots, 100 cases each group, the control group was the group of routine preparation, the treatment group took TCM decoction, clinical effects and the effects of bowel preparation before LC of both groups were compared. Result: Total effective rate of the control group was 71.00%, obviously lower than 95.00% of the treatment group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.01); the complication incidence and average hospitalization days of the control group were significantly more than that of the treatment group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: CongRong ChenQiTang is applied to preoperative bowel preparation of LC for the elderly patients with calculous cholecystitis, the treatment demonstrates better effect, low complication incidence and less hospitalization days.
