摘要:
目的：观察克氏针撬拨固定联合中药治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：将136例跟骨骨折患者随机分为观察组、对照组各68例。对照组给予克氏针撬拔复位固定，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药熏洗，1剂/d，早晚各熏洗1次，30 min/次，lO天为1个疗程，连用3个疗程。结果：优良率观察组为91.18%，对照组为73.53%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。疼痛、工作能力、行走能力、辅助行走能力评分治疗后2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：克氏针撬拨固定联合中药治疗跟骨骨折疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effects of fixation through prying with Kirschner wire and TCM in treating calcaneal fracture. Method: All 136 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. The control group received reduction through prying with Kirschner wire and fixation with plaster and the observation group TCM fumigation, one dose per day, once in the morning and evening, 30 minutes each time, ten days were one course of treatment and the patients were treated for three consecutive courses of treatment. Result: Excellent rate of the observation group was 91.18%, higher than 73.53% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). The difference was significant in pain, working ability, walking ability, auxiliary walking ability and total scale after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Fixation through prying with Kirschner wire and TCM are effective in treating calcaneal fracture.
