摘要:: 目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤院前急救措施。方法：选取重型颅脑损伤患者100例，给予患者院前现场急救及呼吸道护理等措施。结果：100例患者中，中途死亡20例，抢救脱险80例。结论：对重型颅脑损伤患者实施及时、有效的现场救护，有助于提高救治成功率。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the measures of pre-hospital care for the patients suffering from severe craniocerebral injury. Method: One hundred patients were administered with pre-hospital care and the measures of respiratory tract nursing. Result: There were 20 patients died in the treatment and 80 patients successfully rescued. Conclusion: Timely and effective measures of first aid for the patients suffering from severe craniocerebral injury are helpful to improve success rate of the rescue.
