摘要:
目的：观察中药天麻钩藤饮联合氯沙坦治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将120例肾性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。2组均在治疗原发病等对症治疗的基础上给予氯沙坦，50 mg/次，2次/d。观察组同时给予以天麻钩藤饮，水煎分服，1剂/d。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程，冶疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：显效率观察组为60.00%，对照组为43.33%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为83.00%，对照组为70.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。收缩压、舒张压治疗后2组均明显降低（P＜0.05），观察组降低较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：采用天麻钩藤饮联合氯沙坦治疗肾性高血压疗效稳定，能显著改变高血压引起的症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of TianMa GouTeng drink and losartan in treating renal hypertension. Method: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups took losartan on the foundation of corresponding therapy, 50mg each time, twice per day. The observation group oral TianMa GouTeng drink, water decocted, one dose per day. One month were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment. Result: Effectual rate of the observation group was 60.00%, higher than 43.33% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05); total effective rates of both groups were 83.00% and 70.00%, the difference was significant(P＜0.05). Systolic and diastolic pressure of both groups were lowered remarkably(P＜0.05), the decrease of the observation group was more notable than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TianMa GouTeng drink and losartan in treating renal hypertension could gain stable effects and improve the symptoms induced by hypertension.
