摘要:
目的：探讨护理干预对肺结核合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法：将100例肺结核合并糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例，2组都给予降糖与抗结核治疗，对照组在治疗期间给予常规护理措施，观察组给予积极地护理干预措施。结果：观察组病灶吸收48例(96.0%)，对照组病灶吸收46例(92.0%)，2组比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)。用力肺活量(FVC)、最大肺活量(VC)和最大用力呼气峰活量(PEF)观察组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。观察组的社会、心理、环境与生理指标明显低于对照组(P＜O.05)。结论：护理干预有利于提高肺结核合并糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of nursing intervention on life quality of diabetic patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Method: One hundred patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received the therapy of lowering blood glucose and against TB, the control group routine nursing and the treatment group nursing intervention. Result: There were 48 cases of focus absorption in the observation group (96.0%) and 46 cases in the control group (92.0%), there was no significant difference (P＞0.05). FVC, VC and PEF of the observation group were improved more significantly than those indexes of the control group (P＜0.05). Social, psychological, environmental and physiological indexes of the observation groups were remarkably lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention is helpful to improve life quality of diabetic patients complicated with pulmonary TB.
