摘要:
目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征(HIP)与血小板降低及子宫动脉异常的相关性。方法：以96例重度妊娠高血压综合征(HIP)患者、105例中度HIP患者及110例正常妊娠妇女为观察对象，比较3组间的血小板参数、子宫动脉多普勒参数异同。结果：血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、S/D、阻力指数、搏动指数、舒张早期切迹等指标3组两两比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。中度HIP组血小板数与子宫动脉S/D值成反比，中度HIP组血小板数与子宫动脉S/D值成正比。结论：血小板降低与子宫动脉异常可反映妊娠高血压严重程度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relativity between hypertension induced by pregnancy (HIP) and platelet decrease, uterine artery abnormity. Method: Altogether there were 96 patients suffering from severe HIP, 105 ones with moderate HIP and 110 ones of normal pregnancy. Platelet index and Doppler parameters of uterine artery among three groups were compared. Result: The differences was significant in platelet (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), S/D, resistance index, pulsation index, early diastolic incisura and other indexes (P＜0.05). Platelet number in severe HIP group was inversely related to S/D of uterine artery, the index in moderate HIP group was closely related to S/D of uterine artery. Conclusion: Decrease of platelet and uterine artery abnormity could reflect the severity of hypertension induced by pregnancy.
