摘要:
目的：探讨农村60岁以上老人健康体检弃检原因并提出相关解决对策。方法：对2009—2012年度肃州区卫生局所管理辖区内60岁以上老年人中弃检人群进行追踪随访，了解其弃检原因。结果：2009年度应体检63 452人次，实际体检57 659人次，弃检5 793人次，占总体检人数9.13%；2010年度应体检67 352人次，实际体检62 354人次，弃检4 998人次，占总体检人数7.42%；2011年度应体检69 354人次，实际体检65 326人次，弃检4 028人次，占总体检人数5.81%；2012年度应体检69 538人次，实际体检66 201人次，弃检3 337人次，占总体检人数4.80%。结论：农村居民弃检的原因主要有健康意识淡漠、体检环境差、担心隐私泄露、抗拒收费体检项目等。加强对医务人员培训，使其掌握健康教育基本知识和技巧，提高体检的服务质量及可操作性，为农村居民提供舒适的体检环境，保护其个人隐私，加强交流，进行健康知识宣传教育，使他们认识到体检的重要性，可提高体检率，达到预防、治疗疾病的目的。
Abstract:
Objective: To find the reasons of elderly people over 60 years abandoning health examiniation and associated countermeasures. Method: The group of elderly people over 60 years abandoning health examination in the area under Suzhou district health bureau's jurisdiction was followed from 2009 to 2012 to investigate the reasons. Result: Altogether 63 452 persons should be examined in 2009, actually 57 659 persons were examined and 5 793 persons abandoned health examination, which accounted for 9.13%; all 67 352 persons in 2010, 62 354 persons actually examined and 4 998 persons abandoned the examination, which reached 7.42%; 69 354 persons in 2011, 65 326 persons checked actually and 4 028 persons abandoned the check, which seized 5.81%; 69 538 persons in 2012, actually 66 201 persons examined and 3 337 persons abandoned the check, which seized 4.80%. Conclusion: The reasons of rural residents giving up health examination are: lack of health consciousness, poor environment, worrying about privacy divulging, rejecting charged physical examination projects and others. We should strengthen the training of medical staffs to make them grasp basic knowledge and skills of health education, improve quality and operating of health examination to provide comfortable environment for rural residents, protect personal privacy, enhance the communication, launch the propaganda of health education to make them realize the importance of health examination, therefore to increase physical examination rate and to achieve the goal of disease prevention and treatment.
