摘要:
目的：观察温通针法治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用基础针刺治疗，治疗组在此基础上再实行温通针刺手法，2组均每天治疗1次，治疗5次为1个疗程，6个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%，对照组为90.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：温通针法治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效肯定。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify curative effects of warm needling in treating trigeminal neuralgia. Method: All 60 patients were allocated into the control group and the treatment group. The control group accepted basal needling and the treatment group warm needling on the foundation of basal needling. Both groups were treated once per day, five times were one course of treatment and curative effects were observed after six courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, higher than 90.00% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Warm needling could gain definite effects in treating trigeminal neuralgia.
